Estimate potential neighbors
Estimate the number of potential neighbors in a radius around a node, and compare it to the edges extracted from a DGS file.
The input DGS file must contain the locations of the nodes along time (x and y attributes).

Input file(s)

inDGS

The input DGS file, that contains edges and nodes, and the locations of the nodes alog time

Options

node

The node of which to estimate the contacts

range

The maximum possible range between 2 nodes for them to be considered, neighbours. (default 50)

0 or 1 (optional)

Output file(s)

outData

The output data file containing the estimation values.

outFig

The output SVG file representing the potential contacts, with the observed contacts.

plot

the plot file used to compute the estimation data file
